You had at least four (4) qualifying negative items on your credit report at the time of enrollment, and
You have not used any other credit repair agency, and have not attempted self-repair, within one (1) year prior to enrolling, and
You maintained uninterrupted access to credit monitoring throughout the program, with no login issues, password changes, or service pauses, and
You did not miss or skip any payments during the program, if enrolled in a monthly plan, and
